公司可向市场提供φ4mm、φ4.76mm、φ6mm、φ6.35mm、φ8mm、φ9mm、φ9.52mm、φ10mm、φ12mm的双层盘管和直管；φ4.76mm－φ8mm规格的单层管。具有6000吨年生产能力。是国内最大的制冷、汽车管材生产基地之一，也是同行业中管材门类最齐全、生产设备最好、技术最新、功能最多、质量最佳的企业。可提供各种汽车硬、软管管路总成、汽车拉杆球头，万向节总成，能配合用户进行产品开发、设计与制造。

Two complete production lines from Germany composed by a production line for Galvanized-Cr-passivated-PVF/Epoxy coating on double wall copper brazed tube and a production line for PA12 coating on Galvanized-Ti-passivated tube. Fully automatic bending machine, laser measuring device, CNC floating multi-position end forming machine are all imported from America and Italy which are world advanced high-tech level. Our products are in keeping with America Material Testing Association Standard ASTM254 and German VW auto standard VWTL-222. The company has passed ISO9002 and ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality system certifications. Double wall copper brazed tube can be provided in coils or cut to length about diameter 4mm, 4.76mm , 6mm, 6.35mm, 8mm, 9mm, 9.52mm, 10mm and 12mm and single wall weld tube about diameter 4.76mm and 8mm. Our production capacity is about 6000 tons per year . Our company is the biggest production base for refrigeration and auto tubes in China and is the company who has every kind of tube, best production lines, newest technology, best function and best quality among all the tube manufacturers in China. We can also provide all kinds of hard and flexible tube fittings for autos, auto ball head for the pulling rod and universal joints. We cooperate with our customers for products development, designing and also manufacturing.
